Schedule

The class schedule students reserve from, and the session roster staff use.

The studio schedule is Classes, not an order calendar.

  • Staff add class types and sessions, then open a session for the roster.
  • Studio schedule (/schedule) is a Sunday–Saturday week grid in the studio timezone (same week as the storefront and admin Offerings lists). Previous / This week / Next week move that Sun–Sat window. When the open week includes today, a red current-time line (gutter clock, dot on today’s column, today circled in the header) sits across the grid and updates every minute.
  • Students use the public studio (/s/{slug}/classes) to reserve. Studios can hide how many people are booked (App & Site → Class booking); the schedule then says Spots available or Class full.
  • A reserved student sees Reserved instead of a second drop-in Book button, and can cancel in the window.
  • When they still have a credit or an unlimited plan, they can book a guest. Policy: Classes and guests.
