Buy a membership or pack
Choose a plan on the public Memberships page and pay with Stripe Checkout on the studio’s Stripe account.
Who can do this: Signed-in students. Staff can also add a membership from the client page.
Steps
- Sign in on
/s/{studio-slug}→ Memberships. - Pick a plan. If the studio uses a minimum commitment, read the term and check the box before Checkout.
- Pay on Stripe Checkout. If the studio turned on promo codes, tap Add promotion code for a membership or class pack (not a drop-in).
- After payment, credits appear on your account. You also get a purchase confirmation email (studios can turn this off).
Gotchas
- You cannot change plan yourself while a commitment is still running or a cancel is already scheduled. Contact the studio. You can still buy a pack.
- Codes from a different business’s Stripe account will not work.
