Set up your studio

Create the studio workspace, add the first classes, and share the public booking page.

Who can do this: The person who signed up (studio manager). Platform super admins can also create a studio from Settings → Companies.

Steps

  1. Open Sign up, confirm your email, then complete the onboarding form: studio (or club) name, email, and phone. Website and address are optional.
  2. There is no print-shop vs studio chooser. After you continue, the studio is created and you land on the Dashboard.
  3. Open Settings → Company. Confirm the studio name, logo, contact email/phone, timezone, and theme. Welcome email and the public site use this name and logo.
  4. Add a class type and at least one session under Classes. See Create a class.
  5. Share the public studio URL: /s/{your-slug}. Students sign in, book, and buy there. An iframe at /site-embed/{your-slug} can show the schedule on your own website; Sign in / Book / Buy open the public studio page (not inside the iframe).

Gotchas

  • Wrestling landing pages pass ?audience=wrestling so onboarding uses club wording. Pilates/yoga stays the default theme.
  • Students who only have a client login never see the staff dashboard. After sign-in they go to /s/{slug}/classes.
  • Student sign-up stays in light mode. The 6-digit “Check your inbox” screen appears only if you turn on Require clients to verify their email at sign-up under App & Site (off by default).
  • The Fitness Class wordmark on marketing pages is the software brand. Your public studio still uses your studio name and logo.
